Nothing will load with the latest update - unable to view videos online or offline and somehow this app and its data is managing to take up 4 GB of space

It will not allow me to view any videos

The new upgrade doesnt work. Cant watch videos on my phone. Dont upgrade until they release a fix.

Initially, none of my previously downloaded videos would play. I finally got the update to work by completely uninstalling the app, restarting iOS, and then re-downloading the videos.

It is quite good that we are able to do actual course work and challenges in the mobile platform which I a good innovation and people like who have been dying that this would be good addition apart from just watching the lecture videos on our mobile devices you could actually work when u are less busy anywhere u are without your computer, but I am currently taking the financial and management accounting course and some of the interactive course material are not fully displaying on my iPhone 6 which is a huge draw back. If that challenge could be attended to i or we would be very grateful. Thank You and keep the good work in providing education for free!!!

Nor can I delete it - it sits in a permanent "twilight" state. Google maps app is also suffering from same defect.

This app is so much more limited than courseras. There is not a search button to search topics or specific subjects. You have to go through a menu (file system style) to can find classes. Also, there is not an app for iPad, so this is the only mobile option you have. Makes me think twice about signing up for classes.

Used to a very good app. Compact and resourceful. But with the latest update I cant view old Videos I downloaded. Pls kindly fix loads of work pending.

SECOND UPDATE: Downloaded the next update. Video playback still not working on my iPad. FIRST UPDATE: downloaded the update that was supposed to fix video playback, but still cant play videos on my iPad. New version crashes every time I click on a course on my iPad. Please fix ASAP or post the old version so we can downgrade.

Please fix this app. I love the courses you offer, but this app is completely unusable.

But some of my courses show no content. Always says "unable to load, please try later." Please fix and this will be my favorite app on iPhone. Thank you and much love to you for doing what you do.

I havent been able to access a single course using the app. I keep hoping theyd fix it soon but I dont see when.

Like others the courseware feature is totally busted. If it worked it, this would be at least a four. Hope it gets fixed while Im still taking my course.

Very instable. Sometimes opens course, sometime not. I couldnt find where to erase downloaded videos.

It wont load any courses. Devs need to update.

Cool app to take school courses in offers a variety of free courses.

I was looking forward to using this app, but it is almost nonfunctional. I cant even begin my first course. Very disappointing.

This one is not a divot, friends. With its constant spinning gear freezes that require force-quits, its inability to save state (pick up where you left off last time it was used), its fake rotation for videos, its optimization for phones that shipped two years ago, and its goofy and ugly interface and controls, dont bother. You might just hurl your innocent new phone into the concrete below, due to the immense frustration this app may induce. Save your gorilla glass and avoid.

Its nice to be able to download and access the videos so that I can watch them on the go but not being able to see or participate in discussions makes this app incomplete. It seems that considering how many bright minds are involved in the Edex project this app would be amazing..

Really wish there was an iPad version available.
